Our Team
Kyle Johnson, CPA
Certified Public Accountant
With over eight years of experience in public accounting, my primary focus is to provide clients with accurate tax return preparation, clear explanations of complex tax issues, and robust tax planning and projections. I work with a wide array of clients ranging from individuals to trusts and estates, to small businesses.
My understanding of the accounting implications for individuals, businesses, estates, and trusts, has equipped me with the ability to provide clients with financial clarity and guidance. Beyond this, the most enjoyable part of my work is building relationships with people and working as a team to aid in their success.
I was born and raised in San Diego, California, and came to Oregon in 2005 to attend George Fox University and play baseball. I graduated from George Fox in 2009 with two bachelor's degrees, Business Administration Finance and Accounting. I am a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Oregon Society of Certified Public Accountants. I have also volunteered as a youth baseball coach.
Outside of my time in the office, I enjoy spending time with my wife, Haley, and our three boys, Kaden, Kolby, and Kaleb. We enjoy taking in a Ducks victory during the fall months and cheering on the San Diego Padres during the spring and summer, as well as visiting the Oregon Coast.
I joined the firm to build my career in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
Zach St. Lawrence
Staff Accountant
For the last 15 years, I have been a teacher in Oregon and Idaho. I am new to the accounting world, but I have always had a passion for mathematics and problem-solving. I am excited to learn new skills and help people.
I am originally from Yakima, Washington, but I have spent most of my adult life in Oregon and Idaho. My family and I moved to McMinnville in 2013 after spending 7 years in Nampa, Idaho. I graduated from Eastern Oregon University in 2006 with a bachelor's degree in Elementary Education. Since then, I have earned credits and endorsements from several universities.
Outside of my career, I love spending time with my wife, son, and daughter. We love trips to the beach, nature walks, and playing games together. I also love cheering on my favorite teams, the Mariners and the Seahawks.
